    Our design center is equipped with high performance DELL work stations and Solid works programmers’, our design Team contain Engineers and technicians highly qualified and charpend to draw, to meet customers demands, requirements, follow manufacturing, installations until starts of productions and customers satisfactions.

  • Numerical Work Shop

    Our Numerical Work Shop is equipped with DMG MORI and HAAS CNC centers, Laths CNC center with Multi axis, Edm Machines, Grinding machines, pre-setters machines, shrinking machines and some conventional machines.

  • Metal Working Work Shop

    Our Metal working work shop is equipped with Fronius welding machines, plasma cutting Machine, oxyfuel cutting machine, sand blaster machine powder coating line and other Equipment helping to reach our customers specifications.

  • Maintenance And Technical Support Team

    Our Technical Support and Maintenance Team is a highly qualified team with a large experience, multilanguage and with an international culture, working on tree shifts in order to make interventions when and where it is needed and in time.

EMDS WORLD DESIGN CENTER

Our design Team take a product design concept or idea from a client and turn them to a real 3D drawing part , prepare all the specifications and make them ready for manufacturing and fabrication. our background, large engineering experience and continuous training behavior allows our Team to creative during the product design and engineering process, we are always looking for opportunities to deliver added value and cost saving for our partners and customers. our engineers are focused around quality and customers satisfactions. no product starts it manufacturing until the design team is certain that it meet all the requirements and specifications.

Workshop with CNC Machines

Our workshop is equipped with cnc machines from germany and USA allowing us to produce parts with high accuracy ten we have: 3 CNC machine centers 3 CNC Turning machines with Y axis One EDM cutting machines Two Grinding machines and other workshop machines

MILLING

Emds World has three CNC centers DMG MORI CMX 1100/ DMG MORI CMX 600/ HAAS VF2 and 2 CONVENTIONAL MACHINES.

TURNING

We are equipped with a HAAS ST20,GRAZIANO GT400,BIGLIA SM TOS DB2.

CUTTING

We have one plasma cutter, one oxyfuel cutter,Three Sawing machines and cnc wire Cutting Machine produces several effects that may then be applied to manufacture a wide range of products.

Metal Working

With more one thousand M2 ,EMDS TEAM can design and makes work stations, convoyers, platforms, special metallic packagings, safety fences……… with international standards.

Maintenance Services

With a large Team of Engineers and Technicians we can install and maintain Technical Installations and make improvement on productions lines. (electrical/Pneumatical/Mechanical and automations).

GRINDING

We are equipped with a tow of machines that enables us to carry out operations of plane grinding, and cylinder grinding.

Engineer & technical support

Our Process Engineering group’s primary purpose is to aid our clients in evaluating the manufacturability of their part designs and products. We will aid in conceptualizing new product designs or improve existing ones. By partnering with our clients early in the product life cycle we can create cost effective manufacturing solutions. .
